WEEKENDS
On Saturday me and my brother went to my uncle’s house because we were going to watch my cousin play rugby for Eastern. After that we went to watch David Tua’s replay fight in Hamilton. It was at 7,00pm. David Tua was knocked out because he was too old.He retired from boxing after he lost out on too many points. He should not have fought this last fight. We were laughing when Tua got knocked out. After watching David Tua’s Replay fight we told our uncle if we could have Mac Donald for dinner and he said yes.
Next we went to mcdonald to buy our dinners and we went off home to have our dinners and my dad told me and my brother to go sleep and we did so my uncle came and tuck me and my brother into bed.
After when my uncle tucked me in they were watching the rugby league world cup final and it Kiwi vs Kangaroos and Kiwis lost by mile and Kangaroos won by 34-2.
It was and exciting weekends and tiring day.

Camp activity
While we were at camp, my group went fishing and sea kayaking. My partner Moli and I were in a double closed kayak.
We paddle around oyster island where saw heaps of oyster and the mussel farm. The mussel farm was as big as our whole school. The current was smooth and it was a beautiful calm day to go out fishing.
I enjoyed going fishing and sea kayaking.

Persuasive writing
“Are you worried that one day you might get deported from NZ?”
People from other countries come to NZ to live. Some others have an expiry date on their visa and when they stay longer thats how they get deported back. I believe that overstayers should stay in NZ, so they could get a better education, be better connected with their family and they can contribute to the society with skills they learnt from their country in all topics.
First of all, Education is important for us because we learn things that we have to learn in life. They can learn how to read and get told things you ain't allowed to do in the future Education takes us to a higher level in the future. It also gets the overstayers higher grades. Good jobs will help the overstayers and it helps the family in the future.
In fact Overstayers should stay in NZ to get closer to their family members. In addition, Some family members of theres can help the over stayers to get a great life. Also they can get family members to sign the papers so that they can finally be a NZ citizen.
In addition, The society should contribute to this, so more kids could get more opportunities for their own life and care. They should let little kids from other country come and learn here and get a better life. People such as overstayers wouldn't want to be deported back to their own country after 3 or 4 years living in NZ. They might of found a home brought a new car felt like they belong here and last of all made close friends. I feel sad about the government not letting the overstayers come to live in NZ for good because some of my family members my get deported back if their visa date might be expired and so I might not see them any more.
As you can see it is extremely important that the immigration should consider the people whose more settled with life here in NZ and probably send the horrible people who do bad things in NZ back to their countries. I believe the government should change the law, so that it can be fair for all the overstayers to come and live in NZ for good.
